Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting my art. Every piece is created with great care, and I want you to feel confident when purchasing from my website. This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled for original paintings and commissioned artwork.

Original Paintings

If you are not fully satisfied with your original painting, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.

Please note that I can only accept returns for original paintings purchased directly from this website.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The artwork must be in its original condition and carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.
  • You are responsible for covering the cost of return postage.
  • It is recommended to use a tracked and insured postal service, as I cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in return shipping.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the artwork has been safely received and inspected.

Commissioned Artwork

All commissioned paintings are non-refundable, as they are made to order and personalised to your specific requirements. I will always stay in touch throughout the process to ensure you’re happy with your commission before completion.

Damaged Items

Every painting is checked and packaged securely before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of both the packaging and the artwork. I will assess the situation and do my best to resolve it promptly, either through a replacement (if possible) or a full refund.

Additional Information

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Returns must be sent to the address provided after your request has been approved.
