Wolf Workshop
It was such a joy to run the Wolf Workshop and to see so many familiar faces returning – some of them have come to every single workshop, which truly means the world to me. At the same time, it was lovely to welcome new participants and watch them settle in so quickly.
Everyone worked incredibly well and the atmosphere was relaxed and encouraging. What I love most is that, even though we were all painting the same subject, each artist’s individual style still shone through. Every wolf had its own personality – and everyone left with something to be proud of.
Lion Workshop
Our first Caerphilly Art Workshop of the year. This group was definitely more independent and it was absolutely amazing to see what they have created.
Christmas Robin Workshop
My very first pastel art workshop took place at the Crossroads Exam Centre in Caerphilly, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Over three hours, we worked in a calm, focused and deeply relaxing atmosphere, allowing everyone to fully immerse themselves in the creative process. The participants were incredibly talented, and each person produced a beautiful and unique piece of art. It was a joy to see confidence grow and creativity flourish in this supportive local art workshop in Caerphilly.
Corporate Christmas Creative Team Building Workshop
I also had the opportunity to run my first corporate pastel art workshop at my company in London. The session was met with a very positive response, with participants describing it as a refreshing and meaningful alternative to loud or high-energy team-building activities. The workshop encouraged creativity, mindfulness and connection, proving that art workshops can be both relaxing and highly engaging in a corporate setting.
Workshop for Unigol Cyf at Llantwit Major
This pastel art workshop was delivered within the local Caerphilly community as part of an outreach programme, in collaboration with Unigol Cyf. The session provided a welcoming and inclusive space where participants could explore their creativity, many for the first time. It was wonderful to see art bringing people together, building confidence and offering a moment of calm and self-expression through a local community art workshop in South Wales.
Volunteer Pastel Art Workshops
I was honoured to volunteer and run a series of pastel art workshops at the Crossroads Exam Centre for autistic, home-educated children. The children were incredibly creative, imaginative and artistic, approaching each piece with their own unique perspective. The sessions were filled with joy, focus and freedom of expression, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the creative process. The resulting artworks were beautifully individual, highlighting just how powerful and inclusive art workshops can be.
